I am an experienced leadership coach who understands the dynamics of public and private school communities, as well as non-profit organizations. I coach aspiring and proven leaders within all levels of these organizations, including teachers, heads of schools, non-profit directors and other leaders of people.

Professional Experience
  • Co-founder and Director of Princeton Center Teacher Education, a Montessori teacher-training center, responsible for writing its training curriculum and mentoring teachers, instructors, coaches and mentors.
  • Founder and Head of School at Lakeside Montessori School, facilitating curriculum and staff development, teacher and parenting coaching, and board development.
  • Co-creator of Montessori education initiative in Ukraine, developing model school and teacher training center in Kiev.
  • Mentor to teachers and leaders within pastoral ministry.
